The Vending Intelligence Agency is the brain child of Phil Millard who, after spending many years working for two market leaders in the office equipment world, joined the Vending Industry as Managing Director in a large independent vending operating company which grew into a market leading provider being sold to a large National group.

During this time, he noticed there was no vending specific training or development for vending, so he designed and used these programmes in his own vending company. When Integer (VBD) Ltd was sold he created the Vending Intelligence Agency to help other companies within the industry to grow.

He has worked with many large and small vending companies and suppliers, earning a great reputation.
